Income claims

The Income Claims product allows for an income collection team to recover dividend, interest, and other types of payments that have been paid to another institution, on behalf of the asset owner which was contactually owed.

PAYABLES MATCHING

One problem we were trying to solve was the Payables Matching flow within Income claims. The design on the platform today presented limitations to the way an income claims specialist would go ahead and create a claim. This pain point was surfaced during one of our User Interviews. My role on this task was to improve the user experience.

Scheduled Reporting

An issue we were solving for was to provide the user the ability to select a Reply Back email when scheduled reports are emailed to clients. Currently, there is strictly a no-reply email attached to a report.
